New 3DS tool allows for Twitter and Tumblr Screenshot Uploads – In Japan

A new tool has gone live that allows Japanese Animal Crossing: New Leaf players to upload screenshots from the game to Twitter or Tumblr. The tool also supports Tomodachi Collection.

The new tool works in the web browser on the Nintendo 3DS, you go to a site in the browser while playing a game and then you can choose to upload your pictures directly on the website from the game.

So far the tool is only available to Japanese 3DS players, but it could easily come to the web considering its web based. Any one keen for this one to head our way?
