Monolith Software are on the Wii U bandwagon early and have sat down some of their main staff in front of the CEO to discuss their upcoming Wii U game. The interview is massive and doesn’t really cover what the game is about that much but instead covers the goals they have for it.
While we here in the west are only just getting Xenoblade, Monolith Software have been finished up on that game for sometime and in that time they’ve been studying and researching on the HD machines. Why? Because they now can use all that research for their new Wii U game. They now feel they’ll be up to speed with modern graphical abilities.
They’re really hoping that they make something that surprises everyone with what they can create. They want to bring something to the market that shows that Japanese technology can go toe to toe with the American developers.
The main reason Monolith has posted this interview is not for us eager fans looking for every scrap of Nintendo Wii U information but instead they’re hoping it will attract new staff to the company. There will be even more interviews on the way as the game enters development.
