Wants to cut off the bad parts and do something more with the idea.
Wii Music has always been Miyamoto’s baby, so when it didn’t sell too much and was panned by most of the Internet, it’s safe to say he was disappointed with the way it all turned out. This isn’t the first time he’s spoken about doing more with the game and in a new interview has expressed an even more desire to do something with the idea.
Speaking to El Mundo, a Spanish newspaper, he’s said that “It is always sad that something is not sold as well as expected. I think these negative experiences on a project is a thorn that is stuck, so we usually try to work the best idea or at least take it up and concretize it from an angle different for use in another title.”
When asked if this was Wii Music, he added with a laugh, “Yes, I want to do more with that idea.”
Anyone for more Wii Music then?
