Minds behind Harvest Moon, Little Kings Story join Grasshopper
Sudas studio gets a boost with some big names
The creator of the Harvest Moon franchise, Yasuhiro Wada, and the producer of Little King’s Story, Yoshiro Kimura have joined the team at Grasshopper Manufacture. That studio of course is the studio of none other than Goichi ’Suda 51’ Suda who in recent times has been scalping some big names like the composer behind the Silent Hill games.
Speaking in the latest Famitsu magazine, Suda has said that "This move will help us produce games in a more stable manner, we haven’t released a single [original] title in the past year, which is something that caused a lot of regret in my mind. Having these two people join Grasshopper will make us a more sturdily-organized company, and it’ll improve our development, technical, and release skills."
Just what comes out of this new found team remains to be seen.
