Nintendo has released Miiverse from its Wii U shackles and it is now available to view on the web. It’s formatted for both computers and mobile devices.
The website says this is Beta version of Miiverse and as such not all functions that are available on the Wii U are available on the web. At the moment you can comment on other peoples posts and give Yeah’s but that’s about it.
At the moment the following restrictions apply: You can’t make new posts from the web, draw replies, send or receive messages, send or receive friend requests and follows and you can’t edit your profile either.
You can however save screenshots and drawings, something a lot of people have been asking for.
You can also only log into the system if you have setup a NNID on a Wii U before. 3DS owners you’ll have to wait until later in the year to join the fun.
Get in quick, they go fast.
