Midway, who are in a bit of a financial rut at the moment, is looking to off-load the Mortal Kombat franchise in order to stay afloat. Midway is turning to it’s staff and offerig incentives to any employee that will sell off their creations made during their tenure with the company, in order to keep the business viable. Midway recently sold off the Wheelman franchise to Ubisoft, but it’s not known yet if anyone wants to partake in Mortal Kombat. Source: Gamesindustry
