It’s a sad day when we have to go back to looking at retailer lists to finding out release dates, but never mind now. In addtion to the release date we found last week with EB Games, another retailer, DVD Crave, has listed the same release date which all but confirms that we will be getting Metroid Prime Trilogy on the 15th of October. However, it may have also confirmed that we’ll be relegated to getting the same packaging as Europe (a slip-on carboard case or just the case, we don’t know) rather then the shiny steelbook case that America is getting.
So that special item in the box that Rose Lappin hinted at? Probably not the steelbook. Unfortunatly none of this can be confirmed entirely as Nintendo Australia is yet to comment or announce a date- and probably won’t.
Good news for DS fans too, with debut of Starfy outside of Japan hitting our shores a week earlier on the October 8th. Again this is ’confirmed’ with the same proviso’s as above.
Hands on events coming before launch.
Once again, it is the correct hour for Donkey Kong.
My Nintendo Store too.
