Mega Man 11 announced for Switch, coming in “Late 2018”

The first new game in 7 years.

Get ready for an all new Mega Man adventure on Switch.

Capcom announced today during its Mega Man 30th Anniversary livestream that the next game in the Mega Man series, Mega Man 11, will be coming to the Nintendo Switch in 2018. The game features an all new art style, which is a modernised version of the graphics featured in classic titles.

Not much is known beyond the “late 2018” release date, but there is a trailer, which you can watch below.
