There was one more Mega Pokemon announced over the weekend, in addition to the first six that were revealed. The Pokemon World Championships were held in Vancouver over the weekend and at the event Mega Kangaskhan was revealed.
Mega Kangaskhan’s evolution is slightly different though as Kangaskhan itself stays mostly the same, instead the baby inside the pouch jumps out and joins the battle for some double attack action. An interesting take on the mega evolution!
Pokemon X & Y news hit thick and fast at the Championships too with The Pokemon Company revealing that the games soundtrack will be released on iTunes in November. There’s no track listing or pricing yet, but its still a couple of months away.
We’ve included the reveal of Mega Kangaskhan below as well as the new trailer for the original six Mega Evolutions.
There’s also news coming in that an Aussie has won in at least one division of the Pokemon championships, we’re working with Nintendo to confirm and get more information.
