It's also a launch title, that's pretty good then.

So you want to play Mass Effect 3 on your shiny new Wii U when it launches later this year?  Hang on what about the first two games? Won’t I miss out!?

Well you won’t now with EA confirming that Mass Effect 3 on the Wii U will include an interactive story that will fill you in on the games lore and you’ll be able to set up your Sheppard from that.

This news was revealed today at EA’s Summer Showcase where BioWare also expressed its excitement about working on a Nintendo home console for the very first time.

The game on Wii U will include all new control options that make use of the GamePad (Powers on the touch screen and a mini-map so far). The game will come ready with the Extended Cut ending.

Expect Mass Effect 3 on the Wii U on Launch day.
