Masahiro Sakurai is working on Super Smash Bros. for Switch

Earlier today Nintendo announced Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo Switch. They revealed that the Splatoon Inklings would be joining the roster and not much else. Not even who is making it.
But fear not, as Mashiro Sakurai has confirmed he’s working on the game in a tweet.
