The internet has been mostly against DQXs online move, but not the mind behind Smash Bros

Since Mondays revelation that Dragon Quest X would be an online title, the internet has been up in arms, well the most vocal part of it anyway. People are seemingly not too pleased with the franchise move away from the single player realm. However since theres no actual facts for who wants SE dead right now, well say were sure not everyone hates the move.

One person who has come forward publicly welcoming the move is none other than the force behind Super Smash Bros Brawl, Masahiro Sakurai. Hes stated via his Twitter account that "After hearing that its online, the number of people who say the classic style Dragon Quest would be better is probably not low. However, in a game industry where evolution and sudden changes are tolerated, even considered expected, just treading the same path would be be troubling. Its being made by people whove made sound titles in the past, so Im greatly looking forward to it."

So do you agree with Sakurai? Do you find Dragon Quests move to an online title good or terribly bad?
