The roster for Super Smash Bros. on the Wii U and 3DS has been growing over the months since its reveal at E3. Today, Masahiro Sakurai has announced another ‘newcomer’ to the battle.

Marth is returning the battle! Fresh from his exploits in Fire Emblem Awakening, Marth is back to show the crew the ways of the sword.

So who wants to bet on which character will return next then?

Marth was expected, I just wonder if they’ll do a second FE character like Roy/Ike?
I’m hoping it’s not Chrom just because they look similar but I don’t know any single Awakening character that would be chosen above the rest since My Unit is customisable. If I had to choose, it would be Anna. She could have an attack that steals a held item and she can count money in her taunt lol

Wouldn’t be surprised if they gave Marth a double with Awakening’s Marth/Lucina. Anna would be awesome. Tharja could be something different. But most of all I hope we get THE VAIKE.

How did I forget Lucina? Haha that makes perfect sense since her name was Marth at the start.

Vaike would be awesome as long as he’s an axewielder since all the SSB characters are always sword fighters. A Mage like Tharja would have cool attacks too. They’ll probably just go with Lucina though and give her similar attacks to Marth /sigh. Personally I prefer Cynthia over Lucina lol

Man Peach is such a whore. I think they did one of her giving Link the eyes as well.

Would you blame her? Surely you don’t expect a woman of her stature to pursue a short, plump Italian plumber. Mario’s just optimistic.
