It’s not actually an eShop code so you’ll have to follow the steps below to redeem it;
- Go to the following website: http://www.mario-rabbids.com/redeem
- Log in with your Uplay account or register.
- Redeem the code you were given.
- At release (which is today), you will receive the unlock instructions via email.
