The Mario Kart TV Website will close next month

Mario Kart 8’s online features are pretty great, the paid DLC might have got the most attention but even features such as Mario Kart TV were pretty involved, at least for Nintendo.

Nintendo is closing the website portion of Mario Kart TV from April 5th, the site which allow you to view your replays and other Mario Kart 8 player’s replays will be shut down. The in-game Mario Kart TV features will remain, so will the YouTube upload feature – the site however will be gone.

Looks like there wasn’t enough use for Nintendo to bother keeping it alive. Just think, without Mario Kart TV we wouldn’t have got this… (well maybe not).
