Major Pokemon video game announcement incoming

A major Pokemon video game announcement is on the way, and its possibly a new game what could it be

Pokémon Sunday (a Sunday morning Pokémon variety show in Japan) is said to be hyping up a "a worldwide first announcement and a worldwide first big scoop"   for their show next week on May 10. It is widely believed that the show will be revealing remakes of Pokémon Gold and Silver.

It’s not all baseless speculation either leading to this as the upcoming issues of magazines CoroCoro and Nintendo have been said to be given information about a “much talk about title” but those haven’t been directly linked to a new game in the series.

Perhaps the biggest hint that this will be announcement will be a Gold and Silver remake is that on the latest episode of Pokemon Sunday two balls (like ones that drop confetti), one silver and one gold where shown on the show.

So we’re going to take a stab here and predict that yes we will see remake announced shortly, Japan will get it this year and we’ll get it next. So are you buying into the hype?
