Little Friends: Dogs & Cats is Nintendogs for your Switch

If Nintendo isn’t going to make Nintendogs on the Switch, then it looks like someone else will.

Little Friends: Dogs & Cats will let you chose from a variety of puppies and kittens to play, feed and dress up. There are 6 breeds of dogs in the game, and 3 different cats. The game uses the touch screen to both interact with the animals but also to play with them as well.

“Following the game’s successful launch in Japan, partnering with Sold Out to bring Little Friends: Dogs & Cats to a western audience was the perfect opportunity,” added Mr Kayanuma from Imagineer.

Little Friends: Dogs & Cats is being developed by Imagineer and published by Sold Out, it’ll be out in Australia this autumn.

Fitness Boxing is a poor man’s Wii Fit just as this is a poor man’s Nintendogs + Cats. Incidentally, both are published by Imagineer. Is a Brain Training clone next?

I’ll wait for new instalments of Wii Fit and Nintendogs from Nintendo themselves. These sorts of pale imitations usually only see release when Nintendo themselves have released such games themselves. What is taking them so long?
