Nintendo started its E3 presentation last year with an extremely unexpected heavy metal trailer for a new game from Marvelous. Today, you get to test it out for the first time.

This morning’s Nintendo Direct featured a little segment on Daemon X Machina, the utterly absurd new mech game from Marvelous. While we didn’t get a release date for the game, we did get something even better — a playable demo.

The free demo features four adrenaline-filled missions, plus a crazy boss battle at the end. It’s available to download from the Switch eShop right now, but get in quick, because it’s only available for a limited time.

You can watch the reveal trailer from last year’s E3 below. Daemon X Machina is scheduled to release sometime in 2019.
