Latest Pokémon Shuffle update really ‘shuffles’ things up

Red Foo’s favourite game, apart from being a dickhead.

Since its release Pokémon Shuffle has had a ton of updates and free content thrown at it, the game is pretty well supported by Nintendo. Now Nintendo has made some of the biggest changes since its launch with a new mandatory update.

The update, which is almost as big the game itself eases ‘cash grabby-ness’ of the hearts system. There are now two stocks of hearts, one that generate automatically and the other which you have earned or purchases. It’s much fairer than before.

Optimising your team is much easier as well with levels present when you’re picking your team, a ‘Super Catch Mode’ also randomly appears which can make Pokemon much easier to catch.

Cheaters look out, Nintendo has disabled the home button during timd matches so you can’t peek at your field anymore. The update is available from the eShop right now.
