During this week’s information burst on Pokémon Sword and Shield three new Pokémon were revealed. Two of them were regional variants of Zigzagoon and Linoone, the third a new Pokémon – Obstagoon, a new regional evolution and they apparently look like KISS.
People think they look like the rock band KISS so much, that even Gene Simmons, the leader singer of the legendary band has been asked to comment on it.
Speaking to Newsweek he had nothing but good things to say;
“Pokémon has been a part of our household for decades, ever since our kids first discovered them, And to see Pokémon pay homage to KISS, is flattering.”
