Nintendo have announced that Kirby’s Blowout Blast is hitting 3DS around the world this July, with Japan set to get the game on July 4 and America on July 6. Europe has also been confirmed to receive the game on July 6, which means that we will likely get it here on July 7 and to celebrate this announcement, Nintendo have released a Japanese overview video about the game, check that out below.

Eagle-eyed views may have noticed that one of the boss fights in the game has you fighting against Lolo and Lala from The Adventures of Lolo, is that a precursor to a new game, as they also appeared in the last Kirby title. Nintendo have confirmed what amiibo will do as well, scanning any of the Kirby series amiibo will unlock statues of the characters, for you to decorate the hub and if you have a save file of Kirby Planet Robobot on your system, you will also score an exclusive statue from that as well.

Hopefully Nintendo Australia confirm the release date for the game, though until then keep July 7th penciled in as the date.

So, I have been gaming since controllers only had two buttons and because I wanted to, I started my own site. Now of course, you can find me writing for Vooks as well
