In a recent interview with Famitsu, producer Testsuya Nomura shed some light on the next instalment of the Disney RPG epic

One of the most complained about features of the DS game Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days is the fact that all the worlds were recycled from previous instalments of the mega popular Disney-Final Fantasy crossover RPG Kingdom Hearts. Well it seems that the devs have finally listened to pleas from plans and implemented all new worlds into the next Kingdom Hearts game for a Nintendo system, Kingdom Hearts 3D for the 3DS. In an interview with Famitsu producer of the series Tstsuya Nomura revealed that all the Disney worlds will be brand new to the series, whilst non-Disney worlds, such as Traverse Town from the original Kingdom Hearts will be returning.

Also revealed was the fact that the player will be able to control both Riku and Sora (who appear as they did in the original Kingdom Hearts, the reason for which being a necessity for the story) at different points of the game, with the gameplay systems between the two characters being noticeably different. Also talked about was the 3 in the title. Nomura hinted that the game will be linked to the upcoming Kingdom Hearts III both in terms of gameplay systems and story.

There hasnt really been much info on Kingdom Hearts 3D bar a few screenshots, so to hear some news, any news about it is a good thing.
