To work with Miyamoto to keep Nintendo strong in the future.
Nintendo only named their new president earlier today but Tatsumi Kimishima has already got on the front foot with the Japanese press.
Speaking to the Nikkei, Kimishima has revealed that the strategy and policies implemented by Satoru Iwata during his tenure will not be changed. He wants to follow the course set by him.
Kimishima says we wants to work with the likes of Shigeru Miyamoto to establish a ‘next generation’ of leadership within the company. To make the company ‘future proof’.
The goal right now for Nintendo is to identify what new projects to target and cultivate a good team to reach ‘Nintendo-like profits’ once again.
