Japanese only Monster Hunter Nintendo Direct on later this week

The Japanese Nintendo Twitter account has announced a new Nintendo Direct for later this week. It’s Monster Hunter specific and will air on Thursday, October 27th at 8pm Japanese Standard Time. That’s 10PM AEDT.

There’s nothing to say on the page what will appear, but it does say won’t – anything for the Switch or smartphones. More Monster Hunter for the Wii U or 3DS can’t be bad though. You can watch it here.

There’s only possibly one clue of what be shown and that’s the Direct is using the original, PS2 vintage Monster Hunter logo – what could it mean? Probably nothing.
