After more than a year of nothing, a new Iwata Asks interview has gone up for your reading leisure. The last Iwata Asks was for Wii Fit U in 2013 and before that for Louvre application. In fact the last big title ‘asked’ was for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds.
In this edition Iwata talks to series producer Eiji Aonuma and a few other people from the development team about Majora’s Mask 3D, and all the trials and tribulations that come with remaking a classic game.
Iwata also starts off with an explanation for the year gap between Iwata Asks interviews, with his health only being a slight factor for the silence.
You can read the interview here, but be warned, it’s a long one.

“A much more enjoyable kind of Question Time”
God, I know right?
It’s nice seeing how much the Nintendo folk enjoy their work. I laughed when Aonuma claimed to have snapped at Miyamoto for offering to go easy on him.
