Rogue-like game Has-Been Heroes will be coming to the Nintendo Switch on March 28th. The game which is also available on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will be exclusively sold in EB Games in Australia. It should however still be available from the eShop.
Has-Been Heroes is developed by Frozenbyte who you might know from their great work on the Trine series. It’s great too see them back at the launch of another Nintendo console.

I know EB is an important partner for Nintendo in Australia, but I really hate that they keep giving them exclusives.
Unfortunately, there aren’t many remaining franchises to assign exclusivity to. The only major retailers still stocking Nintendo games are Target, Big W, JB Hi-Fi and EB Games (plus independent The Gamesmen in Penshurst, perhaps the only remaining independent gaming store in Australia that stocks official Australian Nintendo merchandise). There’s also Gametraders, but they deal mainly in imports/second-hand sales and aren’t a particularly valuable asset to Nintendo.
The main reason why I despise EB is not necessarily due to the fact that they are overpriced, but the fact that I can almost never buy sealed games from them, as the discs/cartridges are shoved into a draw, and all of the cases on display have already been poked/prodded to the extent that it’s an insult and a downright lie to refer to them as “brand new”.
I’d already pre-ordered hoping for a late announced launch title! Not going to stop me from buying it.. just wanted it sooner.
