Here’s one out of nowhere, Nintendo Australia has announced that the n-Space developed dungeon crawler Heroes of Ruin will be out in stores next week. The game is one of the first 3DS games to push social and online gameplay as a main feature of the game.
You can play the game single player or play co-operatively over the internet. There are also options for StreetPass and SpotPass, you’ll be able to trade with players locally with StreetPass and daily challenges will be sent through SpotPass.
There is a online only demo of the game now up in the eShop, give it a shot and see if you want to pick up Heroes of Ruin next week on June 21st.

Preordered – my body is ready! haha
Is there any story in this game? All I’ve seen so far is some bad ass looking dudes beating on monsters in different locales. Looks good, mind, but having motivation for laying the smack down is always good. Doesn’t seem like there’s any dialogue or cutscenes?
Im in the UK atm so i picked up a copy.. So far its quite good though a little generic. The online multi is where this gqme excells though.
