Oh the money they will print.

Nintendo isn’t just adding amiibo support to Animal Crossing: New Leaf to put it’s own properties in, no they’re going one further and inviting Hello Kitty as well.

Nintendo has announced a collaboration with Sanrio, the company behind Hello Kitty to bring her and her friends in to the game. You guessed it, they’ll be making their way into the game with amiibo cards and they’ll unlocked furniture and decor based on Hello Kitty as well as Kero Kero Keroppi, My Melody, Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin and the Little Twin Stars.

Cards will be sold in packets at 300yen each, there will be two random cards in each packet. We’ll let you know if this ever makes it outside of Japan.

There’s Animal Crossing Direct planned for November 2nd, maybe we’ll get something else here in the west?
