Heave Ho grabs a hold of Switch this winter
If there is a quirky game out there, there is a fair chance Devolver Digital will find it and that is what they have done with Heave Ho, from Le Cartel out of France.
The game has you and your friends attempt to cross an impossibly wide ravine, whilst maintaining a simple goal, don’t fall to your death! Players will use their own two hands and the outstretched grip of their friends to grapple across each level on their way to victory.
Grab one another’s hands, climb across dangling bodies, and swing your pals to safety in a wobbly, dangly mass of limbs. Customise your character with all manner of stylish accessories and zany accouterments in a vain attempt to remember who you are and which of your hands is the only thing between you and the plummet of doom.
The game is set to launch sometime this Winter, though we don’t even have the month to go by yet, but with it being playable at PAX East this weekend, hopefully it is not too much longer.
