At the moment it is titled Hatsune Miku: Project MIRAI Remix and it is well, a remix of of the original Japanese title.

The game comes with both touch screen and button rhythm modes, you can share performances, routines and comments through StreetPass. Sega also says there will be AR Card and photo features, although there was no elaboration further on those modes.

Hatsune Miku: Project MIRAI Remix is due out in 2015 and may have a different name upon release.
