Ever wanted to experience the adrenaline rush of scaling a perilously steep rocky cliff face without leaving your living room? Now you can, you lazy slob!

The free-climbing game in development by HumanSoft allows players to to simulate real climbing accurately through MotionPlus-enabled motion controls. The challenge of the game will lie in completing each rock-climbing task successfully and in the most creative way possible whilst rewarding shorter completion times. The game will feature a diverse range of localities and environments to explore, and typical of any console adventure game, we’re expecting an ice-themed level.

The head of Human Soft, Gabor Kadas, has emphasised the game’s encouragement of more creative approaches to each cliff-climbing challenge – "Free climbing is all about style and creativity. Just making it to the top fast isn’t the point if you used an easy route… By incorporating the MotionPlus, we can capture that competitive spirit in a game for the first time."

The game will be one of the few independently-developed IPs from HumanSoft, who are better known for making film and cartoon licensed games on the DS and the Game Boy Advance.
