Despite people losing their jobs left, right and centre, it seems that the very expensive Guitar Hero: World Tour Super Band Bundle is still selling well, taking up a whopping 41% of the games’ different versions sold (Between October 2008 and January 2009). The research done by Matt Matthews at Gamasutra also puts the guitar bundle at 35%, and the remaining 24% on the standalone software, naturally. So, will the games continue to sell wel as people in hard times seek out fun, or will the financial pinch hit and people will be force back to other, cheaper forms of entertainment? Only time will tell. Source: Gamasutra
