While it was alluded to yesterday, now that Activisions Full Q3 2007 Preliminary Financial Results Conference Call has been released in its entirety, Activision CEO Mike Griffiths has now confirmed that Guitar Hero (among other big name titles) will be heading to a Nintendo console with in their 2008 Fiscal year.

More Inside The key difference in our strategy versus the prior cycle, is that in addition to full support on Sony and Microsoft platforms, we will aggressively target the Nintendo platforms consistent with our multi-platform strategy and Nintendo’s expected growth. In fiscal 2008, we will double our offerings on the DS and the Wii, including Spider-Man, Shrek, Transformers, and Guitar Hero.

Now bringing Guitar Hero to the DS would be novel but to get the full experience a Wii Version would be better, well see more on Guitar Hero as well as Activisions other big titles later in the year.
