Golden Sun: Dark Dawn hitting the DS this Christmas
Get ready, the next instalment in the handheld RPG franchise is heading this 10th of December.
Nintendo of Europe have announced that the third instalment in the classic GBA RPG franchise, Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, and will be hitting the DS on the 10th of December, 2010.
Golden Sun: Dark Dawn was announced at last years E3 but was only shown off properly a year late at this years E3. The first two games in the Golden Sun franchise are heralded as some of the finest handheld RPGs ever, and we very much doubt that this third game in the series will disappoint, what with all its fancy 3D character models (a first in the series) and storyline set decades after the original.
Now, we must remember though, this is only a European release date, but as of lately Nintendo have been stepping up their game and releasing titles worldwide within a few days, if not on the same day. So get excited: this could be a great stocking filler.
