Some of us have been complaining about the lack of a Wii price drop in Australia. Well, this should put things into perspective.
A completely functional Wii coated in pure, solid gold has gone under the hammer for a little less than half a million. Dubbed, the Nintendo Wii SUPREME, this is certainly not your run-of-the-mill product.
It contains half a kilogram of solid 22ct gold and two 78 x 0.25 ct diamonds, which glimmer on the front panel. How much is it exactly? The Wii SUPREME will run you $483,883 US dollars, which equates to $546,207.1304 Australian dollars at the time of writing.

Until you see the price, at least.
Put a pin in it.
