Furry Legends: Beginnings, will be a prequel to the upcoming Furry Legends on WiiWare. The game, revealed by Polish developer Gamelion Studios, will see players take control of furry balls as they roll, jump, bounce, attack and perform other moves to reach the end of each level.
How similar the game will be to the WiiWare version is unclear. What we do know is that the game will be set prior to the Squarie invasion, and it may inherit the element of unique sets of powers for each character.
According to Gamelions official blog, the game will feature "beautiful, 100% hand drawn graphics, physics, puzzle, [and] action". Players can expect "new enemies, at least three different environments, new puzzles and a fresh dose of cheesy humor [sic]".
Furry Legends: Beginnings is set for release in Q2 2010, while its WiiWare brother should be out some time this year. Stay tuned for the latest developments as we receive them.
