Sweet sweet folders.

Nintendo has just pushed the latest firmware update to the Wii U and it has some big and not so big changes including folders! Finally!

You can now create folders to sort and organise your software, they very similar to the folders on the Nintendo 3DS. They’ve also added a download management icon directly to the Wii U home menu.

The Quick Start Menu which was added in the last big update has been updated as well. You can now get the menu  when you use the TV Remote function of the GamePad and you can now hide certain software from showing in the quick start menu from within the power settings menu.

The HOME menu has also been updated, but we’re not sure to what extent (our update is still downloading). A small but nice update to the eShop includes the disabling of characters not used when redeeming Nintendo eShop cards. (O, I, Z etc).

And of course there’s improvements for stability. Everyone loves stability.
