It’s gotten over two million downloads on the iPhone and now Firemint are ready to let Flight Control loose on the DSi. Firemint, who are based in Melbourne, revealed the game last year but it’s finally ready for release and will be hitting Australia and Europe on February 19th. Flight Controls sees you in the role of an air traffic controller directing aircraft to their landing zone by drawing a path for them, making sure to avoid collisions.
Touching and dragging aircraft to their landing zones with the stylus becomes increasingly difficult as more different types of planes begin to arrive faster and in greater numbers. Smart strategy, keen eyes, and a smooth touch are key to avoiding a collision. The DSi version is sure to be the superior way to enjoy the game, as an extra level of precision twill be allowed by the stylus above just using your finger.
Flight Control will debut for a mere 500 points.
