First WiiWare Game Announced

The first game announced for Nintendo’s WiiWare service is Plattchen Twist ‘n’ Paint, described as a “”puzzle shooter”” by it’s Austrian developer Bplus. It is designed specifically for the Wii and to be downloaded as WiiWare. There is no estimated date for the release, but it might not be too much to expect more details from E3. Either for Plattchen Twist ‘n’ Paint or for the WiiWare service in general. WiiWare is the name for Nintendo’s (unreleased) downloadable service for original and new games for the Wii. It will be much like the current Virtual Console but with new games instead of classic games.
