First new Pokemon Go event of 2019 is here – Hoenn celebration now live

The first event of 2019 has started in Pokemon Go and it’s all about the Hoenn region.
From this morning, Pokemon from the Hoenn region will appear more in the wild, including shiny versions of Tailow and Zigzagoon. Legendary Pokemon Kyorge and Groudon (the latter of which can appear shiny too) feature once again in raid battles.
Other changes to the game include Breloom being able to learn Grass Knot and 7km eggs can also hatch Hoenn Pokemon too. There are special Hoenn research tasks at PokeStops for the duration of the event.
Don’t forget about the Feebas event this Sunday as well.
