The game will be released next week on April 4th in Australia and April 3rd in Europe. Nintendo of America hasn’t announced a date at the time of writing. Developed by Intelligent Systems and released in 2002, Advance Wars was the first of the ‘Nintendo Wars’ games to be released outside of Japan.

In Japan the game was known as Game Boy Wars Advance taking on the name of the console like its predecessors.

Pricing for Game Boy Advance games on the Wii U Virtual Console hasn’t been revealed as of yet, but as soon as we know we’ll let you know.
