German developer Shin’en Multimedia has announced a follow-up to their 2011 anti-gravity racer FAST Racing League, entitled FAST Racing Neo.

Very little information has been released about the title, apart from confirmation that the game is coming to Wii U in 2014.

The game’s website makes mention of online features, however it is uncertain whether this refers to full online multiplayer or simply online leaderboards.

It is unknown whether FAST Racing Neo will be an entirely new game, or an HD remaster of the previous FAST Racing game.

Could this anti-gravity racer help hold you over until Nintendo releases a new F-Zero? Let us know in the comments!
