The Famicom Mini has proved as popular as it’s western counterpart with 262,961 being sold in just its first weekend (four days) on sale. Despite not being a ‘new’ console the numbers are impressive as that figure puts launch of the console above other console like the GameCube, Dreamcast but just below the PlayStation 4 and Wii U.
