EB Games has been teasing an announcement for a couple of days on their Facebook page, tonight they’ve revealed that the tease is EB Expo related and the event is headed for Sydney this year. More details are expected to be revealed at midday AEST tomorrow (11th). Tickets will also go on sale for the event starting May 24th.
Last year’s event was a great success for EB Games and the local game industry, the moving of the event to Sydney is no doubt because the vast majority of game publishers in Australia are in Sydney, with Nintendo and THQ being the notable exceptions.
That or EB could simply be changing the event location to give everyone a chance to go see it. More details tomorrow at midday then!
