Easter egg found in Japanese New Nintendo 3DS Browser

A Japanese Vine user has made a post showing a newly discovered secret game in the browser of the New Nintendo 3DS.

After tapping out the first bar of the Super Mario Bros. theme on the New Page screen of the New 3DS browser, text on screen will change to display LEVEL SELECT, and then allow users to play a Breakout style game with the URLs of their bookmarks.

This doesn’t work on older 3DS models, as the New 3DS has a new interface for it’s browser. We have tried the trick out here at Vooks and can’t get it to work on our Australian New 3DS consoles either, looks like this one is a Japanese exclusive!
