Dragon Ball FighterZ on Switch gets open beta, local multiplayer features
We might have been waiting for this one a little bit, but Dragon Ball FighterZ on the Switch will have some extra Switch-goodness when it arrives on September 28th.
Alongside both 1v1 and 2v2 multiplayer modes, the game will have a 6v6 local multiplayer as well. Something a little extra just for the Switch. If you can’t wait until September to check it out on the Switch there will also be an open beta some point in August as well.
We're also glad to announce that the Nintendo Switch Open Beta test for Dragon Ball FighterZ is scheduled to start in August. The game will be released on September 28th with new local multiplayer features:
• 2v2 and 1v1 Match.
• Offline 6-player Party Match mode. pic.twitter.com/8GG042ksdX— Bandai Namco UK (@BandaiNamcoUK) July 23, 2018
While a more direct date would have been nice, it’s probably better to leave it vague or end up with a Dark Souls like beta which is still MIA.
