Dr. Mario World mobile game to shut down on October 31st

The doctor is out.

Nintendo has announced that the Dr. Mario World will be shut down later this year. From October 31st, the game will no longer be available to play, and an end-of-service notification will be display.

Diamonds, the game’s in-game currency, are no longer able to be purchased from today. The game survived just two years.
