Its on like Donkey Kong this December (now were getting sued)

Nintendo Australia has announced the Australian release date for Donkey Kong Country Returns. You can look forward to picking up the game on December 2nd. For those of you playing at home, that’s a day before Europe and just after the US launch. Japan gets it last this time around.

There’s a new trailer out for the game too. It was released on the Japanese Nintendo Channel and shows off Donkey Kongs new move set. New moves include Donkey Kong rolling up into a ball with Diddy balancing on his back.

Nintendo has also applied to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark the term "it’s on like Donkey Kong". Donkey Kong Country Returns has been developed by Retro Studios – you know, the guys who made the Metroid Prime games.

December 2, it’ll be on like an unspecified tie-wearing monkey thing. Are you in?
