With hints of Spidey, Wolverine and Guardians of the Galaxy.
Disney Infinity will expand into yet another universe later this year with a new game Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes.
The game will have new range of Play Set adventures and they’re being written by Marvel comic writer Michael Bendis. There will eventually over 20 different characters to choose (and purchase) from.
The game’s trailer shows a massive range of characters that will be in the game including Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk, Black Widow, Nick Fury, Hawkeye and Thor. There was even hints of characters from Guardians of the Galaxy as well as Wolverine and Spider-Man.
The new games starter pack will include three characters, Black Widow, Iron Man and Thor. There’s also two Toy Box Game Discs and an Avengers playset. Other characters and playsets will be sold separately and some of them at a later date.
In case you were worried all previous Disney Infinity, packs, Toy Box creations will also work in the new game. Disney says they’re also not giving up on releasing classic Disney characters for the game.
Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes will be come to every major platform including the Wii U. This year however the Wii nor 3DS will be getting a version of the game. The Wii just can’t cut it anymore, even the original Infinity was missing features on it.
Disney Infinity 2.0 is out later this year.
Makes sense to us.
It's Black, Back Again.
