Digital Rewards available on Club Nintendo Australia
After waiting patiently, watching the US and Europe redeeming their Club Nintendo stars for digital games, these rewards have finally hit the Australian/New Zealand Club Nintendo Catalogue.
There are some fantastic games on offer too, if you haven’t already blown your stars on Mario face towels and Peach stationery.
Some of the highlights include Super Metroid, Super Punch-Out and Zelda: A Link To The Past for 1300 stars, GameBoy Donkey Kong for 660 stars, and some more recent titles like Dillon’s Rolling Western: The Last Ranger and individual Wii Sports Club passes for 3400 stars apiece.
There are heaps of other titles available, from old Virtual Console titles to more recent eShop games and applications. Any catch your eye?
Here’s the list from Nintendo Australia, announced earlier in the month.

Can’t decide. Never had a huge number of stars anyway, but what I can afford that I don’t already have would be Super Mario Kart, Super Punch-Out!!, Pilotwings, Metroid Fusion or F-Zero Maximum Velocity.
Also I need to decide whether to get Pandora’s Tower while it’s on sale.
Here’s a better comparison of star prices vs. their eShop prices: http://en.reddit.com/r/Club_Nintendo/comments/33ck3g/hey_australians_i_made_a_chart_for_the_digital/
But in any case, I’m gonna wait…not in any great rush to get these, when I could just buy them in the end. Would like some more physical rewards (Majora’s Mask puzzle hopefully).
If you look at a comparison of the Star Price between Europe and everyone else you we are well and truly getting the rough end of the pineapple.
one example is you can pickup Dillon’s Rolling Western: The Last Ranger for 300 stars outside of Europe but for the loyal Europe customers it will set you back 3400
I get what your saying.. the prices are definitely too high for some of these titles. That being said, we cant directly compare to the US as they obviously have a different ratio of dollars to coins value. I mean, Wonderful 101 is only 600? That’s nuts!!
Im more upset by the current line up. There isn’t a great deal I want, and the few I do are rather pricey and making me question if I should wait or just take the plunge. If I wasn’t a miserable 10 stars short I think id have picked my line up..
Still don’t know how they decide which games go where. I’d love to play the Advance Wars games on 3DS, but I’m sure as hell not buying if they’re locked to Wii U.
